Interrogation for a non-Korean
2020.07.09

♦ Interrogation (신문) is a verbal questioning that a police or prosecutor asks someone who is involved with a certain case that was filed/reported.

You might feel nervous when you get a call from a police or a prosecutor saying that
you should come to the police/prosecutors' office for an interrogation.
You have to provide answers to the questions regarding the case you are involved.

But what if you don't speak Korean well?
How will you provide answers?

In Korea, if a foreigner is involved with a case,
the investigation agencies need to provide an interpreter/translator.
