Types of Divorce

What are the different types of Divorce?
There are two types of divorce.
1. Divorce by Agreement (협의이혼)
2. Judicial Divorce (재판이혼)
If the spouses both agree to get divorce, it is a Divorce by Agreement.
Usually the spouses decide custody (양육권) of their minor children if there is any.
However, if the spouses fail to reach a mutual agreement on divorce,
