♠ Defendant (피고): A person sued in a civil proceeding
♠ Complaint (소장): The initial pleading that starts a civil action and states the basis for the court's jurisdiction, the basis for the plaintiff's claim, and the demand for relief
♠ Responce (답변서): An argument or brief presented in answer to that of a movant, applellant, or petitioner
♠ Appeal (항소): The plaintiff or defendant may file an appeal within 14 days
