1. REPORTING CRIME

Foreign victim who does not speak Korean and does not have enough information about how to report the sexual crime needs the proper guidance to file a police report or register a complaint. The global service team of Law-Win will initially guide the victim on how to prepare for filing a report and can provide translation service. Since the report/complaint must be written in Korea, translation will be essential. In fact, there are police stations and call centers which provide translation support, not all places can provide immediate support due to lack of translators and processing numerous on-going cases. 2. CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY

If the victim wants to appoint a lawyer, Law-Win can represent the case up to the trial stage.

 (1) INVESTIGATION (Police station / Prosecutors' office)

Once the case is registered to the police station, the next step is to attend the interrogation. The victim has to explain the incident happened in detail. With the presence of the counsel, the victim will be guided during the questioning in order to protect the victim's rights.

 (2) ATTORNEY'S OPINION LETTER

Based on the incident happened to the victim, Law-Win attorney will gather the evidence provided by the victim and submit the opinion letter to the investigation agency. The global service team will assist the case as well by providing translation of the evidence and convenient communication with the victim to update the case.

 (3) TRIAL DEFENSE
